Angeführt von König Namor, bereitet sich das unter dem Meer lebende Volk der Talokanil aus dem Königreich Talokan darauf vor, einen Krieg mit den Landbewohnern zu beginnen.

In der Vergangenheit soll Wolverine eine Tat Mystiques verhindern, die den Bau der Sentinels erst möglich machte; der Eingriff würde also die Zukunft im Sinne der Mutanten verändern.
