Oι τελευταίοι άποικοι της ανθρωπότητας στα σύνορα του Άρη, κάνουν ότι μπορούνε για να επιβιώσουν από τα κοσμικά στοιχεία καθώς και ο ένα από τον άλλον.

Οι αυτοαποκαλούμενοι "φύτουλες του διαστήματος" στο Κέντρο κυνηγούν το όνειρό τους να ταξιδέψουν στον Άρη, ενώ οι ειδικοί μιλάνε για την ιστορία της NASA και το μέλλον.

Sento Kiryu, an amnesiac taken in by a mysterious cafe owner named Soichi Isurugi who provides him with a belt called the Build Driver that allows him to turn into Kamen Rider Build, which he uses to fight the Smash on his own.
