Pärast ilusa õpilase mõrva avastab grupp teismelisi, et nende seas on mõrvar. Kangelannasid Cindyt ja tema segaseid sõpru rühm terroriseerib ainulaadne maskeeritud psühhopaat, kes kavatseb neile kätte maksta selle eest, et ta juhtis teda viimase Halloweeni ajal.
