Do, Re and Mi in this sequeal tells the tale of a group of gangsters who are planning to rob a bank. So they use this oppurtunity to con them out of it and capture them at the same time. Many comedic memorable moments are carried out through the movie.

Keluarga 69 is a classic family comedy that is about wealth and reputation. Osman was driven out by his unscrupulous father but with a twist of fate he managed to clinch a recording contract and strive with the help of beautiful lady.

The poor trio of best friends Do, Re and Mi live in a simple treehouse in the forest, where they work together collecting, cutting and selling firewood at the local marketplace. One night they hear a voice calling for help in the forest. Although they are scared that it is a spirit trying to trick them, they follow the voice and discover that it is coming from a bamboo tree. The bamboo tree is wounded, and asks them to pull out the arrow that is stuck in it. They comply, and the bamboo transforms into a young woman, who explains that she is a supernatural spirit. She thanks them and gives them each a magical item. Do receives a magic carpet that can fly, Re receives a telescope that can see anything the viewer asks of it, and Mi receives a harmonica that can give them any wishes they want.

After returning from abroad, Amir is offered by his friends, Dahlan and Mariani, to start a school in a small village. To raise funds, they meet Johan, a millionaire. Johan has two daughters, Rohana and Itayati. Rohana, is attracted to Amir and this makes Mariani jealous. After Amir and Rohana are married, Johan is dissapointed by his son-in-law who has no talent in trade. Rohana is also jealous, as Amir is still in love with Mariani. In the end, his wife and his father-in-law both accept Amir.

In a village named Saroja town there are six men who formed the group six of Hell. They perform a variety of crimes such as looting, raping and killing villagers to obtain wealth and satisfy their evil desires. After successfully accumulate wealth so much, they agreed to stop their evil activities and bring their own path by using the wealth. Do, who doesn't take much consideration about his marriageis circled with so many debts. He lied to his mother in law to get some money. Do and his wife eventually got a divorce and Do moved out to Kuala Lumpur to start a new life. Re on the other hand has a wife who is working at a night club whereas he stays at home and takes care of the house chores. Due to re's negligent behaviour his wife's money was stolen and he was told to leave the house bringing him dragging himself to the big city. Mi, a bachelor who is head over heels with the girl who is staying across his house often loans him some money. While Mi was out looking for a job he helped out capturing the theif who snatched a lady's handbag alongside with Re and Do who was in the area and helped out as well. They became close friends since then.

Saari a teacher in Ulu Klang school also play music at the Copacabana Nite Club because of his love for music. This led him back to his room on late morning and often fall asleep while teaching. Since it had been six times found asleep in the classroom by the headmaster (professor Basar), the teacher Saari has been given an ultimatum by Mr Basar.

A young teacher, Azmi is offered teaching post at a girl's school. The reaction from the students is quite hilarious as tis is the first time a male teacher has been posted to the school. Just before reporting for duty, he stumbles upon a baby which has been abandoned at a clinic. He takes the baby with him and the presence of the baby amuses the students and others teachers. However, one teacher, Bedah, dislikes Azmi and tries everything she can to get rid of him. Azmi get the help of another teacher, Sharina and some students to baby-sit. Azmi’s freindship with Sharina is miscountrued and malicious gossips begin to spread that the baby is actually their love child. At the same time, a jilted student tries to commit suicide.
