ערב הקמתה של שושלת ג'וסון, לוויתן ענק בולע ספינת שליחים סיניים שעל סיפונה אוצרות רבים וביניהם "חותם מלכותי" שניתן כמתנה ע"י הקיסר הסיני לשליט ג'וסון. פרס גדול מוצע לכל מי שיצליח להחזיר את ה"חותם המלכותי". קבוצת שודדי ההרים, בהנהגתו של ג'אנג שא יונג (השחקן קים נאמגיל) מחליטה לצאת לים ולצוד את הלוויתן, במקביל גם קבוצת שודדי ים, בהנהגתה של יו וול (השחקנית סון ייג'ין), חפצה להשיג את האוצר הנכסף ולזכות בפרס הגדול. ביום ששתי קבוצות המנהיגים נפגשות מתחילה הרפתקה בלתי צפויה.

This one hour drama follows the search and rescue (SAR) team of the Canadian Coast Guard. The crew of the MLB Cape Pacific is lead by Captain Miro DaSilva and its First Mate Laura Nelson. The crew is rounded out by Coast guard rescue swimmers Andrew Vanderlee and Carly Greig.
