Montalban) je vlasnik cirkusa koji na uzici vodi čimpanzu Miloa (R. McDowall). No Armando brižno krije da je Milo zapravo Cezar, majmun koji govori, jer vlast smjesta ubija takve potencijalno opasne majmune.
