Inoltre la vittima era un uomo che contava molte amicizie. Biegler studia il caso in tutti i suoi particolari ed alla luce anche di precedenti giudiziari, viene alla conclusione che effettivamente la gelosia provoca talvolta reazioni sproporzionate.
