Molti gli episodi suggestivi. quando Whitnam cerca di corromperlo, Wayne gli risponde: "Io ho quella che tu forse consideri una debolezza, sono onesto". Quando lo stesso Whitnam, dopo aver salvato tutti, gli chiede di lasciarlo andare l'uomo, della legge gli risponde: "Lo farei, ma ho fatto un giuramento ed è una cosa importante".

Film star Joel McCrea voiced the radio version as the fictitious Texas Ranger Jayce Pearson, who uses the latest scientific techniques to identify criminals.
