‘스키르코아’는 중앙정부의 강력한 통제가 작동하는 사회로, 얼굴을 가리는 빵봉투를 뒤집어 쓴 시민들이 이름 대신 번호로 불려지는 전체주의 사회다. 블루 디스트릭트로 불리는 홍등가 지역에 거주하는 197A에게는 여자친구 242B가 있는데, 그녀는 소문으로만 존재하는 도심 외곽에 있다는 빵봉투를 쓰지 않은 시민들의 자유로운 공동체로 떠나길 꿈꾼다. 오랫동안 정치인이 되어 신분상승을 꿈꾸던 197A에게 기회가 주어지지만, 지식인 위원회와의 미팅은 그를 혼란스럽게 하고, 도심 건물 옥상에서 우연히 만난 빵봉투를 벗어던진 아름답고 당당한 여성 이민자를 만나며 각성한 197A는 도심 외곽을 향해 길을 나선다.

Presented as a lost sci-fi series from 1972 that was never aired because it was so bad, Ginormo lovingly and humorously pays tribute to a by-gone era in the form of a ridiculous meta comedy that can be enjoyed by young and old alike. Created by two AAPI writer/producer/directors - Ken Mok (Joy, Invincible, America's Next Top Model) and Youtube star Steven He, Ginormo also showcases a primarily AAPI cast - a talent base that's historically been under-represented in film and television.
