대학생 타이치와 다른 '선택받은 아이들'은 모두 각자의 자리에서 저마다의 삶을 살아가고 있다. 그러던 어느 날, 전 세계의 '선택받은 아이들'에게 의문의 사건이 일어나기 시작한다. 에오스몬이라 불리는 디지몬에 그 원인이 있음을 알게 된 타이치 일동은 에오스몬을 제압하려 하지만 이내 아구몬을 비롯한 디지몬들의 진화에 문제가 발생하는데… 세상의 이변에서 다시 한 번 친구들을 구할 수 있을까?

세계의 붕괴가 시작되고 폭주한 메이쿠몬은 테일몬을 흡수하여 막강한 힘을 가진 오르디네몬으로 모습을 바꾼다. 이그드라실의 뜻대로 현실 세계가 디지털 월드에 삼켜지려 하는 것이다. 호메오스타시스는 이제 걷잡지 못하게 되어버린 오르디네몬을 처분하기 위해 현실 세계를 휩쓸 최종 계획을 실행에 옮기려 하고 어떻게든 파멸을 막기 위한 아이들과 디지몬들의 필사의 사투 속, 실의에 잠긴 히카리에게 테일몬의 목소리가 들린다. "모든 빛은 메이쿠몬 속에…" 이에 단서를 찾은 아이들은 그들의 선택으로 마지막 결단을 내리고 세계를 구할 수 있을까?

메이쿠몬이 갑자기 변이를 일으켜 레오몬을 소멸시키고 왜곡된 공간으로 자취를 감추는 바람에 크게 동요하는 타이치와 친구들. “메이쿠몬이 감염된 거라면 그 원인을 찾아야 해. 뭔가 징후가 없었을까? 대체 언제 감염된 거지?” 상상을 초월하는 상황과 마주하면서도 무언가 대책을 세우고자 고군분투하는 코시로. 하지만 뾰족한 수도 없고, 어떻게든 정보를 얻기 위해 메이코를 추궁한다. “잘 좀 생각해봐요. 감염 이유를 밝히려면 정보가 필요해요.” 고개를 숙인 채 아무런 대답도 하지 못하는 메이코. 감염을 방지하지 위해 코시로의 사무실에 격리된 짝꿍 디지몬들. 하지만 파타몬에게 감염의 징후가 보이기 시작하고... 같은 시각 짝꿍 디지몬들은 히카리에게 깃든 목소리를 통해 디지털 월드에 관한 중대한 비밀을 듣게 된다. “때가... 오고 있어...” 그리고 다시 모습을 드러낸 메이쿠몬과 싸우는 와중에 그 ‘때’가 다가온다. 밝혀진 비밀에 고뇌하는 타이치와 친구들. 저마다 의견이 엇갈리는 가운데 친구들은 하나의 결의를 다진다... “언제든 기다리다 보면, 눈 깜짝할 새 어른이 돼버리겠지.” 지금, 또다시 모험이 진화한다!

메이코가 겐나이의 모습을 한 의문의 남자에게 공격당한 것을 보고 메이쿠몬은 다시 폭주를 시작했다. "너는 태어나지 말았어야 했어...." 현실 세계로 사라진 메이쿠몬이 나머지 세계를 파괴하는 거대한 힘을 지닌 열쇠인 것을 알게 된 니시지마 다이고와 모치즈키 박사. 그 앞에 모습을 드러낸 헉몬이 그 진상을 밝히고…. 폭주하는 메이쿠몬의 출현에 의해 현실 세계의 붕괴를 향한 카운트다운이 시작되자 여기저기서 차례로 변이가 발생하고, 균열을 통해 나타난 디지몬들은 그때가 오기만을 기다린다. 선택받은 아이들은 변화가 시작된 디지털월드에서 격리되어 현실 세계로 돌아오고, 그와 동시에 파트너 디지몬과 함께 사람들에게 쫓기게 되면서 고립무원의 신세가 된다. 메이코 역시 필사적으로 타개책을 찾던 중 홀로 고민하지만 그녀에게는 동료나 디지몬들의 목소리는 닿지 않는다. 그리고 잔혹한 운명은 누구보다도 올곧고 섬세한 영혼을 지닌 야가미 히카리에게도 들이닥치게 되는데.... 지금, 다시 모험이 진화한다

디지털 월드의 모험으로부터 반 년 후. 인터넷 상에는 전 세계의 디지털 데이터를 먹고 성장하는 흉악한 디지몬 쿠라몬이 탄생한다. 쿠라몬은 디아블로몬으로 진화해 지구를 멸망시킬 수 있을 정도의 파급력을 지닌 핵미사일을 발사시키는데… 일촉즉발의 상황, 아이들과 디지몬들은 힘을 합쳐 세상을 구해내야만 한다!

여름방학. 타카토는 바쁜 부모님을 대신해 성묘하기 위해 혼자서 오키나와의 친척 집으로 향한다. 그런데 평화롭기만 한 오키나와에 흉악한 디지몬이 나타나고, 타카토와 사촌 카이는 디지몬에 습격당해 정신을 잃은 소녀 미나미를 구출한다. 흉악한 디지몬이 미나미를 노리는 이유는 무엇일까?

메이쿠몬의 폭주와 리부트. 타이치와 선택받은 아이들은 괴로워하는 메이코를 두고 디지털 월드로 향한다. 그러나 그 곳에서 다시 만난 짝꿍 디지몬들은 아이들을 기억해내지 못하고 선택받은 아이들은 다시 한 번 그들과 친해지려 노력한다. 그러나 자신보다 남을 먼저 생각하는 소라의 상냥한 성격을 보고 더 경계하는 피요몬에 상심하는 소라를 위로할 말을 찾지 못한 타이치(태일)와 야마토(매튜). 괴로워 하는 이들 앞에 갑자기 슬퍼하는 메이쿠몬이 나타난다. 어째선지 원래의 기억을 가지고 있는 메이쿠몬은 메이코를 찾기까지 하는데.. 그 모습을 보고 아이들은 메이쿠몬을 구하기 위해 디지털 세계를 여행할 것을 결심한다. 그리고 그들 앞에 어둠의 사천왕을 거느리는 그 남자가 모습을 나타낸다. 한편, 현실 세계의 니시지마는 히메카와의 실종소식을 듣게 되고 그 배후를 조사하다가 히메카와의 목적이 숨겨져 있음을 파악한다. 두 사람의 운명을 결정 지은 과거의 사건과 연관되어 있었는데… 지금, 다시 모험이 진화한다.

"일본에 돌아가면, 꼭 따뜻한 온천에 몸을 좀 담가보고 싶었어!" 소리치는 미미(미나). 새로운 친구 메이코 모치즈키와 메이코몬을 환영하기도 할 겸 선택받은 아이들은 근처 온천으로 향한다. 모두가 즐거운 시간을 보내지만 끝내 조(정석)는 모습을 보이지 않는다. 조(정석)는 대학입시라는 현실과 선택받은 아이들이라는 운명 사이에서 갈등하며 괴로워하고 있었던 것이다. "왜 또 우리가 이 일을 해야만 하는거지?" 그때, 감염된 디지몬이 오다이바에 등장하여 난동을 부리고, TV 중계를 접한 미미(미나)와 팔몬은 그 즉시 움직이기 시작한다. "사람들에게 착한 디지몬들도 있다는 걸 보여주자!" 미미(미나)와 팔몬은 코시로(한솔)의 만류도 무시하고 행동에 나섰지만 예상치도 못한 결과와 맞닥뜨리게 된다. 조(정석)와 미미가 각각 자신만의 갈등에 빠져 고민하는 가운데, 츠키시마 고등학교의 축제날, 누군가가 그들의 앞에 나타나는데...

사악한 전뇌 생명체 네뷸라 그레이가 '전뇌 세계'에서 움직이며 세계 곳곳에서 비물질화 일어나기 시작, 속속 '현실 세계'가 소멸하고 있었다. 세계의 평화를 지키는 넷 세이버 · 히카리 넷토(히카 쿠미코)는, 파트너 넷 나비 · 록맨(키무라 아키코)과 함께, 네뷸라 그레이를 파괴하려고 하지만...

Battle B-Daman or Battle B'Daman is an anime and manga series by Eiji Inuki that first aired in January 2004 in Japan, replacing Beyblade in its timeslot. The show focuses on high schools that hold yo-yo contests. The schools organize teams and participate in competitions to win against other schools. Each team has their own issues that they solve, and each yo-yo has a name that reflects the toy's design. The show makes use of minor special effects in order to portray the "magic" and the speed of the yo-yo. These magic spells are 'battling' and the person whose magic remains wins. Some of the yo-yo tricks are common, like the Forward Pass, Loop-the-Loop, Three-Leaf-Clover, Trapeze, Double or Nothing, Gravity Pull, etc. The show also has some tricks of its own created by the producers (most of the tricks are for professionals) like the White Buddha, Buddha's Revenge and the Cold Fusion (hardest trick of Season One).
