Eddie en Venom worden gezochte vluchtelingen. Opgejaagd door hun beide werelden en met het net dat zich sluit, wordt het duo gedwongen tot een verwoestende beslissing die het lot van hun partnerschap en zelfs hun leven zal bepalen.
Leden van de bureaucratische organisatie, de 'Time Variance Authority', weten de verblijfplaats van Wade Wilson te traceren en brengen hem vervolgens een bezoek. Daarbij doen ze een beroep op Wade, waarmee hij zich onder de helden binnen het universum kan scharen. The series opens with the introduction of the rookie Ultraman Mebius, who is sent to Earth by the Father of Ultra.
