Yuta Okkotsu is een nerveuze middelbare scholier die aan een ernstig probleem lijdt: zijn jeugdvriendin Rika is in een vloek veranderd en wil hem niet met rust laten. Omdat Rika geen gewone vloek is, wordt zijn benarde situatie opgemerkt door Satoru Gojo, een leraar op Jujutsu High, een school waar beginnende exorcisten leren hoe ze vloeken kunnen bestrijden. Gojo overtuigt Yuta om zich in te schrijven, maar kan hij op tijd genoeg leren om de vloek die hem achtervolgt het hoofd te bieden?

In India is liefde in het openbaar verboden. Narayan, de directeur van een school gelooft hier sterk in. Hij is op de hoogte dat er drie stelletjes zijn binnen de school en heeft hier totaal geen gevoel en respect voor.

The First Slam Dunk volgt de scholier Ryota Miyagi, de pointguard van het basketbalteam van Shohoku High. Ryota speelt verstandig en snel, en met geveinsde kalmte probeert hij zijn tegenstanders te slim af te zijn. Geboren en getogen in Okinawa, treedt Ryota in de voetsporen van zijn oudere broer, Sota, die al vanaf jonge leeftijd een geliefde lokale basketbalspeler was, waardoor Ryota ook verslaafd raakte aan basketbal. Na het overlijden van Sota, wordt Ryota gemotiveerd om altijd door te zetten. Ryota en zijn teamgenoten Hanamichi Sakuragi, Takenori Akagi, Hisashi Mitsui, en Kaede Rukawa dagen hun gedoodverfde tegenstander, de Sannoh School, uit in de basketbalfinale tussen middelbare scholen.

Film over drie meiden die wraak nemen op de grote verleider van hun school die de meiden als vuil heeft behandeld. Ze willen er voor zorgen dat de man verliefd wordt en dan zou het meisje de relatie moeten beëindigen om zo de man te laten voelen wat ze zelf ook hebben meegemaakt.

Nadat ze herhaaldelijk zijn lastig gevallen door een pestkop die het schoolplein terroriseert, besluiten twee slachtoffers om er professionele hulp bij te halen. Ze komen terecht bij de goedkoopste optie: een dubieuze bodyguard (Owen Wilson) die zelf amper te vertrouwen blijkt.

Andie is een arm, impopulair meisje op de middelbare school. Haar vriend, Duckie, is smoorverliefd op haar. Zij ziet hem echter slechts als een vriend. Dan wordt ze verliefd op de populairste en rijkste jongen van school, Blane. Blane blijkt ook verliefd op haar te zijn, maar moet veel opofferen in zijn sociale leven om bij haar te kunnen zijn.

In Fujisawa zit Sakuta Azusagawa in zijn tweede jaar van de middelbare school. Zalige dagen met zijn vriendin en upperclassman, Mai Sakurajima, worden onderbroken door de verschijning van zijn eerste verliefdheid, Shoko Makinohara.

Als weeskindje is Haru (Cris Farley - Wayne's World) aangespoeld op een Japans eiland waar hij wordt opgevoed door de hoge priester van een Ninja instituut. De Ninja's zijn er heilig van overtuigd dat Haru de belichaming is van "De Grote Blanke Ninja" die tot een ninja Meester met ongekende kwaliteiten zal uitgroeien. Zelf is Haru er ook van overtuigd dat hij de uitverkorene is. Niets blijkt echter minder waar: Haru is, zachtjes uitgedrukt, een heel apart geval die niet in staat is om ook maar een Ninja-oefening met succes uit te voeren. Toch heeft hij een missie: hij wordt uitgezonden naar Beverly Hills om een mysterieuze schoonheid te redden uit handen van enorme slechteriken. Het Ninja-instituut houdt zijn hart vast... en niet voor niets: Haru is echt een Kung Fool!

In het Zweedse dorpje Åmål is vrijwel niets te beleven. De 14-jarige Agnes is er nog maar net komen wonen, maar vindt geen aansluiting bij haar leeftijdgenoten. Op haar computer houdt ze een dagboek bij, waaraan ze haar diepste gevoelens toevertrouwt.

Het verhaal gaat verder met de eigen conflicten van de studenten, de identiteit van Koro Sensei en het lot van de wereld. De tijdslimiet voor moord nadert.

In het verhaal zijn de seizoenen veranderd en binnenkort is het de tweede lente. Tatsuya en Miyuki hebben hun eerste jaar op de First Magic High School afgerond en zijn op voorjaarsvakantie. De twee gaan naar hun villa op de Ogasawara-eilandarchipel. Na slechts een klein moment van rust verschijnt een eenzame jonge vrouw genaamd Kokoa voor hen. Ze heeft de marinebasis verlaten en vertelt Tatsuya haar enige wens.

Het verhaal van enkele middelbare scholieren in een Chinees dorp, hun dromen, vriendschappen en romances.

Yamada is misschien verlegen en nogal onhandig, maar de bloementuinen op haar school hebben haar altijd geluk gebracht.
