Twenty animators from the U.S., Switzerland, Poland and China express their friendship with and love of animation in a series of animated variations on the standard countdown.

The main character of the film is a little boy named Marek, who from an enemy of nature becomes its devoted friend. Before this happens, however, fate plays quite a trick on him. At first, however, nothing foreshadows this. Marek arrives in the forest with a school trip. He quickly separates himself from the rest of the children, after which he gives vent to his hooligan fantasy. He destroys an anthill, cuts a tree with a knife, tries to catch a spider. When he fails, he starts chasing a butterfly. He doesn't know that under this figure hides the prince of white and black magic. Wanting to punish the unruly boy, the sorcerer reduces him to the size of an insect. Mark, reduced to the size of an insect, must learn to live in completely new conditions. This is by no means easy.

An animated film made without the use of a camera using the technique of drawing and painting directly on a film strip, illustrating a grandfather's ballad, the protagonist of which seeks an explanation for the cruel phenomena of the world around him. Rockets thrown to the ground and bombs exploding, a car falling off a cliff, a driver driving a man on the street or a policeman firing a gun at an opponent - images of this type of catastrophic behavior are intertwined with the recurring image of a man running somewhere.

Camera going through the rooms one by one, each completely differnt from one another, till it cannot go forward anymore.

An amusing tale of the decline of cultural life due to the... the liquidation of old street kiosks pasted with posters, thanks to which one could find out about the dates of cultural events....

Animated, various techniques. A bareer is slowly moving down at the railroad. It prevents people from passing across the road. While waiting, people start to think and dream. Their dreams influence a guy who watches them from a tiny house nearby.

Two people live in a big city. She is a new, talented singer. He is a famous sculptor at the height of his career. It was love at first sight when they met and from that moment on they search each other through the obstacles of modern time... Will they meet again?

The film is a praise of human willingness to take on the endless challenges of fate. The loaf of bread a prisoner receives each day is used to patch thousands of holes in the cell walls. They are inhabited by nerve-wracking busy insects that flit constantly from hole to hole. When the work is finished, the prisoner is unexpectedly transferred to another cell. The new loaf of bread held in his hands freezes dramatically halfway to his mouth: the walls of this cell are also strewn with thousands of holes.

Author's vision of "life after life". The man for whom death comes with a scythe is taken to the hospital. With the help of complicated equipment, he undergoes resuscitation procedures.

Polish animated feature. When the nefarious Ambaras tries to rid the land of Filibiblonia of litterature, Miki and his book loving friends must find a way to stop his evil schemes.

An animated TV adaptation of Rudolf Těsnohlidek's "The Cunning Little Vixen". The intended audience learns the seasons and to respect the wildlife of the forest.

The broken pump is left by the astronauts in space. When ant-like aliens find it on their planet they launch it, beggining the disaster.

The harvest season recalls past time, gives rise to reflections, memories. The logic of the aftermath of events is replaced here by the logic of memory.
