SING fears that he will offence KONG. HUAN passes the document to HUNG. HUNG and FOK hold a discussion. They request the seven country? gentries not to vote KONG. KONG eventually could not be the mayor. KONG is very angry. He finds that YIN and KAI are the dissidents. YIN and KAI even agree to leave KONG. KONG devises to make KAI stay and send YIN to BO CHI LAM. He aims to frame HUNG up.
